POCO M4 5G comes with flat sides and has a black camera module that runs across the top position of the rear panel. The phone comes with a swirl pattern at the back panel and is available in Power Black and POCO Yellow colours. The phone features a 6.58-inch Full HD+ IPS LCD display with a screen resolution of 2408 x 1080 pixels. The screen comes with a 90Hz refresh rate and 240Hz touch sampling rate. Moreover, the phone offers up to 600 nits of peak brightness and comes with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection.

The POCO M4 5G is powered by the octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 processor. The chipset offers Cortex A76 and Cortex A55 cores to provide stable performance. The device also packs Mali-G57 MC2 GPU and is loaded with 6GB of RAM. The POCO phone comes loaded with 128GB of internal storage, which can be further expanded up to 1TB via a hybrid microSD card slot. The handset runs on Android 12 operating system and comes with latest version of MIUI 13.
