The Vivo Y27L is a mid-range device from the company. At the back, the device has a metal surface in the middle, while the upper and bottom part is non-metallic. The rear of the device also houses a speaker, a camera, and an LED flash. The front of the device has a simple and plain white colour around the display. The Vivo Y27L measures 136.9 x 68.1 x 6.99mm and weighs 137 grammes.

The Vivo Y27L flaunts a 4.7-inch display with HD (1280x720) resolution. The display carries IPS LCD technology with multi touch feature.
