Xiaomi Redmi Note 4

The successor to the Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, in the form of Redmi Note 4 is out and makes its mark in the Indian smartphone market with looks similar to its predecessor.

Featuring a metal unibody design, the smartphone differs from the Note 3 as it sports dual rear shooters. The device likewise comes with a fingerprint sensor at the back, just below the camera module. It runs the  MIUI 8 based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow on top. MIUI 8 comes with exciting features like currency converter, image and video editor, virus scanner, etc. 

The uniqueness of the Redmi Note 4 is that it comes with a 13-megapixel primary shooter paired with a dual-tone LED flash to capture stunning images and videos in both dull and bright conditions. One also gets to shoot Full HD videos using the primary camera. Over to the front, the device is armed with a 5-megapixel front-facing camera that can be used for selfies and video calling. You can click all that you want and needn't worry about storing them as the Redmi Note 4 ships with 32GB of onboard storage that can further be expanded up to 128GB via a microSD card.

Designed to deliver smooth and seamless smartphone experience, the smartphone is powered by an octa-core Snapdragon 625 chipset. One can also enjoy lag-free multitasking as the chipset is paired with 3GB of RAM. Similar to the Redmi Note 3, the device comes with a host of connectivity options like 4G, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, GPS, Bluetooth 4.2 and a microUSB 2.0 port. 

On its face, the Redmi Note 4 boasts a 5.5-inch Full HD IPS LCD display that is combined with excellent viewing angles and offers good legibility when placed under direct sunlight. Fuelled by a Li-Ion 4,100 mAh battery one can expect the device to last throughout the day for a heavy user with a single charge.
