The BlackBerry Q5 can connect to the Internet via Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n, dual-band), GPRS, EDGE, 3G and 4G (LTE). For file transfer, the phone features Bluetooth v4.0 with A2DP, EDR and USB facility. The BlackBerry Q5 has Near Field Communication (NFC) that allows you to exchange data, access smart tags and undertake transactions through your mobile. The integrated A-GPS on the phone with the BlackBerry Maps is good at assisting users with navigation. The handset also has access to the BlackBerry App World from where you can download applications on to the Q5. Additionally, the device has close social network integration and an in-built document viewer that makes it easier to view files in all major formats. Blackberry's BBM service is one of the features to look at as it lets users connect to their friends on the go.
