Gionee S10B

Gionee’s S10 series of smartphone come in a number of different variants such as Gionee S10, Gionee S10 Plus, Gionee S10B and the S10C, each separated by a few hardware changes to suit everyone’s taste and budget. The Gionee S10B is placed in the mid-range smartphone category. The device uses the metal body to provide a classy look and long-lasting build.

The Gionee S10B flaunts a 5.5-inch display featuring Full HD (1920x1080) resolution and IPS LCD technology. The USP of the Gionee S10B are the two cameras on the back of the device. The first camera has a 13MP resolution, whereas the second camera has a 5MP resolution. If you are looking for a dual-camera setup on the front too, then check out the Gionee S10 which has a total of four cameras. Coming back to the Gionee S10B’s primary camera, it uses phase-detection autofocus and dual-LED dual-tone flash. The front-facing camera has a 16MP resolution.

The Gionee S10B has an Helio P10 processor from MediaTek; this processor has an octa-core CPU and Mali-T860MP2 GPU. The Gionee S10B’s memory can be expanded up to 256GB through the hybrid SIM card slot apart from its 64GB of internal storage. The RAM capacity on this device is 4GB.  The Gionee S10B uses the Android 7.0 Nougat operating system which is the latest release of OS from Android for the year 2017. The device uses Amigo OS 4.0 over the stock Android UI.

The Gionee S10B packs a 3,700 mAh battery, but due to the metal unibody, the battery is not removable. In spite of the device launching in 2017 where all the devices are equipped with USB Type-C port, the Gionee S10B still relies on the microUSB port. The device comes with dual-SIM connectivity, 2G, 3G, 4G with LTE and VoLTE.
