Honor was Huawei’s mid-range brand before it was sold off few months back. Products from Honor have primarily competed with the likes of Xiaomi, OnePlus and more. And now, we have the Honor V40 from the company that looks to fight it out in the so-called affordable flagship arena. This phone sports a 6.57-inch AMOLED display with support for Full HD+ 1080x2400 pixels resolution. It features punch hole design that houses the dual front cameras. The phone runs on Android 10 version built over Huawei Mobiles Services. Honor V40 comes powered by octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 1000 Plus chipset, paired with 6GB RAM with Mali G77 MC9 GPU. For storage, you have 128GB onboard to keep the downloaded apps, photos, video and more. However, you cannot expand the space further. The phone comes with triple rear cameras that includes 50MP sensor, 8MP telephoto sensor and 8MP wide sensor. While on the front, the phone has not one but two selfie cameras 32MP and 8MP sensors. Honor V40 comes loaded with a 4,200mAh battery with support for 66W fast charging via USB Type C port. Additional features are side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, and the audio support works through the Type C interface. Other Honor mobiles available in the market are the 10 Lite, 9i and the 9X Pro.
