Huawei Nexus 6P

The Huawei Nexus 6P is the latest device in the Nexus line of smartphones. Unlike the previous Nexus launches, however, the Huawei Nexus 6P has been launched along with the LG Nexus 5X, both of them being the successors to the Nexus series of smartphones.

The smartphone is available in four colours, black, silver, gold and white and comes in an all metal body. The smartphone features a fingerprint sensor at the back for enhanced security. In addition, the device also sports dual front speakers to deliver crisp and clear sound which is ideal for both media content.

The smartphone ships with Android 6.0 Marshmallow out of the box and comes with a 5.7-inch QHD (2560x1440 pixels). The beautiful screen is a bit large but the very high resolution ensures that the content displayed on the screen is rich in colour and brightness.

The device sports a black bar at the back which houses the camera unit along with the LED flash. Although the black bar protruding out of the back gives the device an odd appearance, it ensures that the smartphone remains quite thin. The device comes with a 12.3-megapixel primary shooter with 1.55 micron pixel size, along with an 8-megapixel front selfie camera.

Under the hood, the smartphone features a Snapdragon 810 SoC. The SoC comes with 3 GB of RAM along with an octa-core processor clocked at 2.0 GHz.

The device comes with the usual array of communication facilities on board. It sports a 4G LTE receiver, Wi-Fi, USB type-c connector, GPS, NFC and Bluetooth 4.1. Powering the smartphone, a 3,450 mAh battery sits at the back of the phone to ensure that it keeps ticking throughout the day. The device sports 32 GB of on board storage space, though there is no scope for further expansion.
