IBall Cobalt 6

iBall, the Indian smartphone manufacturer, has added yet another smartphone to their existing cobalt-series catalogue. The smartphone ships with a giant 6-inch display which makes it ideal for browsing the web, enjoying games and videos.

The latest offering comes with a 13-megapixel rear shooter with LED flash which can be used for capturing images and videos. Also, the presence of various camera modes including HDR, face and smile detection, panorama, autofocus, etc. adds more to your photography skills. For making videos calls and capturing selfies, there is an 8-megapixel secondary camera. Along with the primary shooter, the front camera is capable of capturing high definitions videos also.

On its face, the Cobalt 6, as the name suggests, flaunts a giant 6-inch Full HD display. The device comes with wide viewing angles and the screen is legible under direct sunlight. Unfortunately, the device runs the Android 4.4 KitKat operating system.

Connectivity options include 3G, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS and a microUSB 2.0 port. It also has twin SIM slots that allow users to use two networks simultaneously. The iBall Cobalt 6 is backed up by a Li-Ion 3000 mAh cell and is available in black colour.

Under the hood, to ensure smooth sailing, the device is powered by a 1.7 GHz octa-core processor paired with 2GB of RAM. For storing personal files, there is 16GB of onboard storage which according to the users requirement can be expanded via a microSD card.

The iBall Cobalt 6 with its big screen is apt for browsing and watching videos. Also, bearing an affordable price tag the device is expected to attract attention.
