Intex Aqua Q8

Another entry-level device from Intex priced at less than Rs. 10,000 is the Intex Aqua Q8 smartphone.

The Aqua Q8 smartphone comes with a 4.50-inch FWVGA TFT display that shows media of acceptable quality. The device itself is 135.7 x 67.3 x 8.82 mm while weighing 138.8 grams. The device is sold in black, champagne and white colors.

The device runs 6.0 Marshmallow on a quad-core 1.2 GHz CPU and a RAM of 1GB on a Spreadtrum SC7731C chipset. The storage space on the phone is 8GB of which 5.9GB is available for personal data. SD cards can be used to increase the internal storage of the phone to 32GB. The GPU on the Aqua Q8 is a Mali 400MP.

The battery that fuels the Aqua Q8 is 1,650mAh Li-ion battery that powers the device for ten hours. The cameras on the device are 5-megapixels and 0.3-megapixels, both of which capture simple images. The rear camera is equipped with an LED flash, panorama and GIF modes, and image enhancement features to edit images.

The Intex Aqua Q8 supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, GPS aided by A-GPS, and Bluetooth. The phone features a microUSB 2.0 port for charging. The phone can also hold two SIM cards that support 2G and 3G mobile data.
