Intex Elyt-e1

The Intex Elyt-e1 is a direct competitor to the Xiaomi s Redmi 4A and Redmi 3S, the device is priced between its two competitors. The Intex Elyt-e1 has a faux metal finish on the back and a chrome lining on the front edges. The device comes in a unique golden finish to distinguish itself from other smartphones. The Intex Elyt-e1 measures 142.4 x 71.5 x 8.7mm, and it weighs 145 grammes.

The Intex Elyt-e1 has an on-cell 5-inch IPS LCD display with HD resolution that gives it a decent pixel density of 294 PPI. Intex has not compromised on the imaging front, well at least in terms of resolution. The front-facing camera, as well as the primary camera, have an 8-megapixel resolution and an LED flash. However, the front shooter is a fixed focus unit while the rear shooter is an autofocus unit.

Unlike many other smartphones from Intex that carry a MediaTek chipset, the Intex Elyt-e1 comes with Qualcomm s Snapdragon 410 chipset that has a quad-core 64-bit processor and Adreno 306 GPU. The good things don't end there, the device has 2GB of RAM too for better multitasking, and 16GB of internal storage just like its competitors. The Android 6.0 Marshmallow is in charge in terms of the operating system on the Intex Elyt-e1. The device comes pre-installed with applications like Intex My Wallet, LFTY, Game Play, Game Store and Vdio Play.

The Intex Elyt-e1 is fuelled by a 2,200 mAh Li-Po battery, which according to Intex, can provide 5.5 hours of talk time and 220 hours of standby time. For connectivity, the Intex Elyt-e1 uses dual-SIM 4G LTE, VoLTE, microUSB v2.0, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth v4.0, GPS, and FM Radio.
