Lava X46

Lava has expanded its X-series of smartphones with the X46, the highlight of the device is that it supports VoLTE (voice over LTE) with HD voice call compatibility. The smartphone is expected to compete with the Intex Aqua Shine 4G and LYF Wind 6. It is available in gold 
colour.

The device comes with an 8-megapixel rear camera that is paired with an LED flash that helps you in shooting images and recording videos in both dark and bright environments. On the front, the smartphone sports a 5-megapixel front camera for selfies and video calling. On the software front, the Lava X46 runs the Android 5.1 Lollipop operating system out of the box.

At its heart, the Lava X46 is armed with a quad-core MediaTek SoC which has a clock speed of 1.3GHz to enable smooth and lag-free performance. To let you work on multiple apps at the same time without affecting the device performance, the chipset is coupled with 2GB RAM. 
On top, sits a 5-inch HD display that is combined with good viewing angles and offers decent legibility even when placed under bright sunlight.

As far as connectivity is concerned, the Lava X46 ships with a host of connectivity options including 4G, Bluetooth 4.0, GPS, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and a microUSB 2.0 port. For storage, there is 8GB of internal storage space that can further be expanded up to 32GB using the microSD card slot. 

The Lava X46 packs a Li-Po 2,500 mAh battery that promises to last throughout the day for a moderate user. The cell is also rated to deliver up to 16 hours of talk time.
