LG G Pro 2

As per the Korean manufacturer - LG, the G Pro 2 will be the next Android based device by the company. Though LG has revealed its plans to launch the phone officially during February end, it has not yet made its detailed specifications and features public. However, as per our sources and leaks, below are the specifications the phone will supposedly carry.

The LG G Pro 2 will supposedly be the sequel of the LG Optimus G Pro featuring a huge 5.9" display. The phone will be probably powered with a 2.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 processor. In terms of memory, the device should be carrying at least 3GB RAM and 16/32 GB ROM. It's still unclear if the device will support expansion of storage or not.

From multiple leaks and revelations, it's almost confirmed that the device will be sporting a huge 5.9" IPS LCD with capacitive touch screen. Being a premium phone launching in 2014, the screen will also surely have full HD (1080x1920 pixels) resolution.

In terms of design, we believe the phone will be featuring the same curved build as seen on the company's flagship phone - LG G2, along with back mounted power button and volume rockers.

The LG G Pro 2 will supposedly be featuring a 13 MP camera with LED flash. The primary camera will have all the common camera features including geo-tagging, touch/auto focus, panorama, HDR, 360 degree photo capture feature, smile/face detection, etc along with the capability of recording videos in 4K UHD and full HD (1080p) format. The device will also feature a secondary front facing camera which could be used for video calling via Skype and other VoIP service as well as snapping self portraits.

In terms of multimedia feature, the device will be supporting playback of all the common multimedia formats including, but not limited to, MP3, MP4, WAV, AAC, AVI, etc.

The device will undoubtedly be shipped with Android v4.4 Kit Kat operating system and will have UI customizations and tweaks by LG. In terms of software features, the device comes preloaded with all the common apps and features including Gmail, Google search, Maps, Hangouts, document viewer, image/video editor, etc.

Given the fact that the device has a 5.9" large screen, the device will be loaded with at least 3200 mAh battery which should be good enough to keep the device powered for an entire day with moderate usage.

The device will also have all the top-notch connectivity features including GPRS, EDGE, 3G HSDPA - 42.2 Mbps, HSUPA - 5.76 Mbps; 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 ac/a/b/g/n, Wi-Fi hotstpot, Wi-Fi direct, NFC, Bluetooth v4.0, USB v2.0, etc.
