LG G4 Stylus

LG s flagship G4 brought along another spin-off device bearing similar design but different functionality. The G4 Stylus is a slightly larger but watered down version of the G4 but features a stylus for input.

Sporting a 5.7-inch IPS LCD display, the G4 Stylus supports (720 1280 pixel) HD resolution and thereby pushes the pixel density of 258 PPI. Tall display is protected with Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by a 1.2 GHz quad-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 model with Adreno 306 integrated along with it. Packing 1GB of RAM and 8GB of on-board storage, the native hardware is just enough to drive the Android 5.0 Lollipop with LG UX 4.0 easily.

Apparently, the modern LG UX 4.0 features can be used by G4 Stylus but no special menu interface to make the best of the stylus.

The rear-placed 13MP camera features a dual-LED flash and autofocus to capture best quality images and 1080p HD videos. Low light conditions can be tackled with the built-in Optical Image Stabilization feature. Storage won t be a problem since one can always add up to 128GB microSD card. Selfies and video calls can be made using the 5MP front facing camera.

For connectivity, G4 Stylus offers penta-band 4G LTE network support to provide best quality mobile browsing experience. Even the Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n along with Wi-Fi Direct can be put to a good for updating apps quickly or downloading game files.

Other connectivity options include Bluetooth 4.1 with A2DP and the GPS along with A-GPS and GLONASS takes care of the location fixing. Accelerometers and proximity sensors are integrated along with the NFC chip. Weighing 163 grams, G4 Stylus is 9.6mm thick including the removable battery of 3,000 mAh capacity which can easily make it last two days.
