LYF Wind 4S

The Lyf Wind 4s is an entry-level smartphone priced at under Rs. 10,000 featuring simple specs but a powerful battery and 4G support.

The display on the Wind 4s is an 5.00 inch IPS LCD with HD resolution and 293 PPI pixel density that shows quality media. The phone measures 144.7 x 73 x 9 mm while weighing 148 grams. The phone is available in black only.

The phone runs 5.1 Lollipop on a Snapdragon MSM8909 210 chipset that has a 1.3 GHz quad-core CPU and 2GB of RAM that takes care of everyday mobile tasks. Multitasking and complex apps tend to slow the phone down. Internal storage on the phone is limited to 16GB that can be increased to 128GB with an SD card. ?

The rear camera on the phone is 8-megapixels, equipped with autofocus and LED flash in addition to the usual host of face detection, smile detection, panorama and geotagging. The rear camera records in HD resolution, while the front camera is 5-megapixels. Both cameras are capable of 6x digital zoom. The battery on the device is 4,000mAh that lasts a day with moderate use.

The phone has two SIM slots, hence a dual SIM phone for two micro SIM cards. One SIM can run 4G while the other, 3G. The phone supports micro-USB on-the-go that allows users to plug USB drive directly to the phone to access data. The phone also supports Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n and Bluetooth 4.1. GPS facilitates navigation on the Wind 4s.
