Meizu M3 Note

Meizu has come up with the successor of the last year's M2 Note. The Meizu M3 Note come sin gold silver and grey colour variants and also bears an attractive price tag. The smartphone is expected to compete with the likes of Xiaomi Redmi Note 3 and the Coolpad Note 3 which was launched earlier.

The Meizu M3 Note make sits way into the smartphone market with a design which is similar to its predecessor. The device boasts a similar 5.5-inch Full HD 2.5D curved glass display that reproduces crisp and vibrant colours. Also, the device has great viewing angles and simultaneously offers decent legibility in both indoor and outdoor environments. Users also get Dinorex T2X-1 scratch/shock resistant glass protection that prevents the device from any unwanted scratches.

At its heart, to ensure smooth and flawless performance, the M3 Note is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio P10 processor which is clocked at 1.8 GHz. One can also expect to enjoy high-end games all thanks to Mali T860 GPU. Also, to support multitasking, the Meizu M3 Note comes with 3GB RAM along with 32GB of onboard storage space to accommodate all the essential apps. The internal storage can also be expanded further using a microSD card up to 256GB.

The device ships with an mTouch 2.1 fingerprint sensor embedded into the home button which the company claims can unlock the phone in just 0.2 seconds. The Meizu M3 Note has hybrid dual SIM support that lets you use the second SIM slot as the microSD slot when required.

In terms of imaging, the smartphone sports a 13-megapixel rear camera with dual-tone LED flash that has the ability to capture stunning images in both bright and low-light conditions. And on the front, the smartphone comes loaded with a 5-megapixel front-facing shooter to aid selfies and video calls.

For connectivity, there is voLTE support that supports blazing fast connectivity along with other standard options. Options that help you remain connected include 4G, GPS, Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n and a microUSB 2.0 port. The device is fuelled by a huge 4,100mAh battery that promises up to 17 hours of video playback. On the software front, the Meizu M3 Note runs Android 5.1 Lollipop with Flyme 5.1 on top.

The M3 Note's best feature is its large battery, which is sure to last you more than a single day with medium to heavy usage. Performance should also be great thanks to the octa-core processor. For entertainment, the Full HD 5.5-inch display should cover all bases.
