Nokia 3.2

Nokia has upped the design ante on its budget smartphones for 2019. The Nokia 3.2, therefore, looks quite classy and like the Nokia 4.2, features a premium glossy finish at the front and the rear. The design language is similar to other more expensive Nokia devices. Like the Nokia 4.2, the 3.2 also gets a large chin area at the bottom of the display where the Nokia logo finds a pride of place. The display used on the phone is a TFT LCD panel that measures 6.26-inches across with a resolution of 720 x 1520 pixels in the 19:9 aspect ratio. The phone also gets a waterdrop notch at the top where the camera is also located.

The Nokia 3.2 gets a decent camera setup that consists of a single 13-megapixel camera at the rear. This camera uses an f/2.2 aperture lens and supports autofocus as well. The front camera on the Nokia 3.2 is a 5-megapixel fixed focus unit with an aperture of f/2.2. This camera is also used for the face unlock feature. Beneath the rear camera is the fingerprint scanner for biometric security. For low light imaging, the phone also gets a single LED flash.

The Nokia 3.2 finds itself being powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 429 chipset. This chipset is positioned a rung below the SD 439 SoC found on the Nokia 4.2. The phone is offered in two versions, a base version with 2GB of RAM and 16GB of internal storage, and a pricier version with 3GB of RAM and 32GB of onboard memory. Both these versions get a microSD card slot for additional memory expansion. The Nokia 3.2 runs Android 9 Pie at launch and is also part of the Android One program by Google.
