Oppo has added a new mid-range handset to its A-series line-up dubbed as the Oppo A93 5G. The device follows the likes of the Vivo Y30s 5G, which is regarded as the World's first smartphone to be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 SoC. Some of the handset's notable features include a 48MP triple camera setup, 5G network connectivity, and 5000mAh battery. Coming to the specifications, the device sports a 6.5-inches Full HD punch-hole display offering a screen resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels. The high pixel density of 405ppi accounts for sharper images and video. The optical configuration of the smartphone includes a triple camera setup on the rear (48MP+2MP+2MP). A single 8MP selfie camera at the front captures elegant selfies. The budget smartphone from Oppo comes powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 480 chipset coupled with 8GB RAM. Design and Display
The elegantly designed mid-range smartphone from the brand is available in three color options- Black, White, and Aurora. The smartphone comes with a 6.5-inches Full HD+ display with a 90Hz refresh rate, 480 nits brightness, and 405ppi pixel density. The handset display is thin and bezel-less, having a punch-hole cutout at the center enclosing the selfie camera. There is a triple camera setup at the rear embedded inside a rectangular camera module. 
Camera and Security
On the imaging front, the smartphone houses a triple camera setup on the rear, having a 48MP primary camera. It is followed by a 2MP macro camera and a 2MP depth camera. The triple rear cameras are arranged vertically inside a rectangular camera module that also houses the LED flash. For selfies and video chats, the device equips a single 8MP front-facing camera. Both the front and rear cameras are capable of shooting full HD videos at 30fps. For security, the device has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor integrated into the power button. The device also features face unlock that utilises the front camera module for hassle-free unlocking.
Storage and Performance
The device comes packed with an internal storage capacity of 128GB onboard. However, the phone does not support any expandable storage. The handset comes powered by Qualcomm's new budget 5G chipset, i.e., Snapdragon 480 SoC. It is backed by an Adreno 619 GPU for smooth graphical performance. Under the hood, the device features 8GB RAM for normal operation of day to day tasks.

The Oppo A93 5G comes loaded with a 5000mAh battery onboard for power backup, ensuring long durations of usage without any interruption. With 18W fast-charging support, the device's battery can be quickly refilled within a short time via a USB Type-C port.
