The Oppo Neo 5 comes in a very attractive design with a glass panel on the front, as well as the back. The Oppo Neo 5 measures 131.9 x 65.5 x 8mm and weighs 135 grammes. The Oppo Neo 5 is available only in blue, and white colour variants.

The Oppo Neo 5 has a 4.5-inch display with FWVGA (854x480) resolution. Oppo has used an IPS LCD panel for the Neo 5 to provide better viewing angles. Thanks to the device’s compact dimensions, the Oppo Neo 5 has a screen-to-body-ratio of 64.6%.  The Oppo Neo 5 is equipped with an 8-megapixel primary camera aided by autofocus and LED flash. The selfie shooter is a typical 2MP unit. The Oppo Neo 5’s primary camera can go up to HD resolution in the video recording.
