The Realme X Master Edition is designed by the celebrated Japanese industrial designer Naoto Fukasawa. The phone comes in unique Onion and Garlic patterns. The handset comes with a pop-up selfie camera and a full-screen 6.53-inch AMOLED display with Full HD+ resolution. The Realme X Master Edition is powered by Qualcomm's Snapdragon 710 chipset coupled with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. On the photography front, it offers a 48MP RGB sensor accompanied by a 5MP depth sensor. The rear-facing camera can record 4K videos, while the selfie camera can record 1080p Full HD videos. The phone covers all the essential connectivity options. The Realme X Master Edition is one of the most stylish mid-range smartphones in the market. The highlight, of course, is its motorized pop-up selfie camera. Realme claims that its advanced pulse motor takes only 0.74s to pop up. It has been tested to work over 200,000 times without an issue. That's roughly around 50 pop-ups a day for a decade. With the selfie camera snapped onto a slider, the phone's screen lacks any notch or a punch-hole display. On the back, the handset features a plastic back with a reflective gradient paint job that imitates the glass finish.

Much like the standard version, the Realme X Master Edition features a 6.53-inch AMOLED display with 2340 x 1080 pixels. Realme claims that the handset has a screen-to-body ratio of over 91 percent. Compared to the LCD panels, the AMOLED screen offers vibrant colors and deep blacks. The display is protected against scratches by the Gorilla Glass 5. The display also houses an in-display fingerprint sensor.
Performance
The phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 SoC (System on Chip). This 10 nm processor is coupled with Adreno 616 GPU for gaming. It can handle games such as PUBG mobile on high settings without any issues. The Realme X Master Edition is only available in 8GB RAM variant with 128GB internal storage. You can expand it further via a microSD card slot. On the software front, the handset runs ColorOS 6 based on Android 9.0 Pie. It comes with Realme's in-house Breeno voice assistant.
