Samsung has a strong portfolio of budget smartphones that start with the Galaxy A series. It came out few years back with the focus on buyers who want a large display with big capacity battery for long backup. The latest is the Galaxy A12s. This phone gets a 6.52-inch HD+ display that supports 720x1600 pixels resolution. The screen features a waterdrop notch where you have the selfie camera, and gives you pixel density of 269 PPI. Samsung is using its in-house Exynos 8 Octa 850 chipset to power the Galaxy A12s. It comes paired with 3GB RAM and offers 64GB internal storage and further expandable up to 512GB using the dedicated card slot. The new A series device has a quad rear camera that includes a 48MP primary sensor, 8MP ultra-wide-angle sensor, 2MP sensor and 2MP depth camera. On the front, it has an 8MP selfie camera. Samsung A12s gets backed up with a 5000mAh battery that supports 18W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone are side-mounted fingerprint sensor, face unlock, headphone jack and Infrared.
