Samsung Galaxy A50S

The Samsung Galaxy A50S being a minor update to the older A50 comes with the same Exynos 9610 SoC that its predecessor came with. The Exynos 9610 features an octa-core processor with four ARM Cortex A73 cores clocked at up to 2.3 GHz and four ARM Cortex A53 cores clocked at up to 1.7 GHz. This chip uses the ARM Mali-G72 MP3 graphics. This chipset is based on a 10nm manufacturing process. The Samsung Galaxy A50S comes in two versions - a base 4GB RAM + 64GB version and a pricier 6GB RAM variant that offers 128GB of storage. The Samsung Galaxy A50S is offered with dual SIM capability in India.

The Samsung Galaxy A50S features a large 6.4-inch Super AMOLED display with a resolution of 1080x2340 pixels in the 19.5:9 aspect ratio. This panel also gets a V-shaped notch at the top where the front-facing camera is housed. The camera set-up on the Galaxy A50S includes a 48-megapixel primary camera with f/2.0 aperture, a secondary ultra-wide-angle camera with a resolution of 8-megapixel and 5-megapixel depth sensor. At the front, the Galaxy A50S gets a 32-megapixel front-facing camera.

The Samsung Galaxy A50S is a 4G VoLTE capable device with support for Indian 4G LTE bands. Connectivity options on this handset include Wi-Fi b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth, GPS, and A-GPS. The phone also features a USB Type-C port with support for 15W fast charging. The battery capacity on the Galaxy A50S stands at 4,000mAh.
