Apple brought the Mini devices back into the fold with the 12 Mini in 2020, and more brands were expected to follow suit in the future. Xiaomi is one of the first to raise its hands, and is giving you a Mini variant of the Xiaomi 12 series. The first Xiaomi Mini device sports a 6.28-inch AMOLED display that supports 2K resolution at 1440x3200 pixels. The screen comes with a punch hole design and offers pixel density of 556 PPI. The 12 Mini from Xiaomi uses octa-core Snapdragon 870 chipset along with 8GB RAM and offers 128GB internal storage. Xiaomi 12 Mini comes equipped with a quad rear camera that includes 108MP primary sensor, 20MP ultra-wide sensor, 2MP sensor and a 2MP sensor. On the front, the phone has a 32MP selfie camera that also supports video calls. Xiaomi has loaded the 12 Mini with a 4700mAh battery that supports 67W fast charging via USB Type C port. Other features on the phone include on-screen fingerprint sensor, face unlock and Type C interface for wired music streaming. With the 20:9 aspect ratio display, you get a screen to body ratio of 86 percent. The power button and the volume rocker are on the right side of the phone. For security purpose, this phone has an on-screen fingerprint sensor built under the display and face unlock that works through the selfie camera.
